Terms of Service

I DO NOT WORK WITH NSFW PIECES

General:I reserve myself the right of decline any commission i do not feel confortable/able to do.By commissioning me, you agree on crediting me for the artwork.
Feel free to use it wherever you want, as long as you credit me properly (Link to one of my social medias).As an Artist, i will do the best of my ability to deliver a satisfactory piece according to the information given to me.I will do my best to credit you as the commissioner unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.

Work-in-Progress:During the process of the artwork i'll often send you W.I.P.s so you can confirm that the piece is accurate to what you imagined.On sketch WIPs i can change almost anything, and for free! So don't be shy and ask it right away.On Color WIPs i can chage any wrong pattern or missplaced colors. If you find any, just let me know!After any desired change, i will also send you the WIP so you can confirm it is right.I can also send more WIP if you want me to, just let me know and i'll do it right away!I'll always wait for your approval to the piece before proceeding to the next step of the commission.

Time Frame:The time i take to finish a commission may vary because of things such as:1- Complexity of the piece
The more complex the art piece, the more time it may take to finish. Simple pieces such as icons can take up to 2-3 days, or even less!
Full body commission with background on the other hand, might take 1-2 weeks or even more.2- Commission Queue
I do commissions on a first-come, first-served basis and work around 6 hours a day on commissions, Monday through Saturday.
If you have an urgent need for your commission to be completed sooner, I can work overtime on it to get it ready on time, but this will cost a fee.3- External factors
My mental state, Health, Equipment Problems, etc.In any of the above cases, i will note the commissioner.

Payment and Refund:I only work with full pre-payment (For prices up to 300$. For higher prices i can work with payment plans, just keep in mind i'll only start the commission after at least 50% of the price has been already paid).
You should specify exactly what you want for the drawing, i'm only going to make changes on the sketch phase (where i'm going to give you plenty of oportunities to fix the art piece as you wish). Editing the art piece on the later process of the artwork might cost an extra.If for some reason, you wish for a refund:1- If i have not yet started the piece, i will give full refund.2- If i have already started the piece, i'll give you a partial refund based upon the completed amount of the artwork. The more close to the completion of the piece i am, the lesser i can refund. If the piece is already completed, i won't be able to provide any refund.If i am the one who can't complete the artwork for some reason, i will give a complete refund, no matter what progress i have made on the art piece.
